Alpine Cabin is a private residence located 3.2 miles from the South
Fork Visitor's Center. Alpine offers two bedrooms plus two full bathrooms. There is a
minimum 2-3 night stay most of the year with 3 to 7 nights required Dec 20 to
Jan 5 and Mar 7-21 (charged at a nightly rate). Alpine Cabin is set up to
accommodate up to 10
people comfortably and is approximately 1100 SF.
Master
Bedroom - Furnished
with a king bed including a full master bathroom with tub and shower.
Second Bedroom -
Second bedroom sleeps up to six people. Sleeping arrangements include
two sets of bunk bed. Each bunk bed has a double bed on the bottom and a
twin bed on the top.
Two
Bathrooms - Cabin has two full
bathrooms with both shower and tub in each. One full bath is located off
master bedroom. Second bathroom is located off the hall for convenient
access by everyone.
Amenities
- Telephone with
free local calls, free dedicated WIFI, Dish TV, living room with wood burning
fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (toaster, oven/range, microwave,
coffee maker, full size refrigerator, 3 quart crock pot, dishes,
pots/pans and more), CD player, VCR. If you have a preference for upscale pots, pans, or
kitchen items, please feel free to bring them with you. The cabin is
fully equipped with basic kitchenware. The cabin is stocked at the
beginning of your stay with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish
cloths, dish towels, and linens. Guests are responsible to replenish
their own supplies if they run out during their stay.
Deck
- Deck has a picnic table and a
gas grill. The gas grill has an initial supply of propane. Guests are
responsible to replace propane and clean the grill after each use. Extra
deck chairs are provided.
Pet
Friendly - Alpine Cabin is pet friendly and suitable for well behaved,
house broken, and non destructive pets only. There is a fenced area for
pets which may be accessed off the kitchen area. We are only able to
accept friendly, well behaved, housebroken pets. A signed pet policy is
required along with a credit card guarantee. Pet fee is $5 per pet per
night. The pet
fee allows us to do a more thorough cleaning after a pet stay so our cabins
are clean and fresh for every guest.
Cleaning
Fee - A cleaning fee of $50 is
charged for all stays.
All guests are required to sign our policies form at check in which
explains charges in the event of damage, property inventory, and fees
for excessive cleaning. We expect guests to leave the cabin in good
condition on departure.
